Ballerina

I really don't have anything relevant to write about because my life is being dominated by silly addictions. Yes, I should still be looking for a job, but I'll worry about that later. I obviously have much better things to do with my time...

Things ruining my life (in a good way):
1. Bones (it's quite the awful guilty pleasure)
2. Breaking Bad
3. Devouring boxes and boxes of fudgesicles
4. Coke; the soda, not the drug
5. Reading 3 books at once. The Radix, Journey to the End of the Night, and 1984
6. Kickin' some wii tennis and bowling ass. That's right, I'm a pro.
7. Oh, and I love playing real tennis too!
8. Harassing the cat.

Once I get out of this lazy phase (insert laugh) I'm sure I'll become a little more productive. Until then, I'm off to chase the cat!

The Ladder

Summer is the season for many things. One of my favorite activities to do when school isn't in session is to read for fun! Today I went to my very first book signing, and I've gotta say, it was pretty sweet. The author happens to be my former psychology professor, Dr. Brett King, and he recently published his first novel, The Radix! Intro to psychology is one of my most memorable classes at CU and from what I can tell about Brett King's personality, this book is going to be an awesome read. So I'll do King a favor: get your ass out there and buy his book!

Static Waves

My room in August '07

It's official; I'm no longer a homeless crumbum!
So after a few months of talk and debate between myself and the roomies, we have decided to remain in our apartment! However, that decision came after we signed something saying that we were going to move out and Meadow Creek had already rented our apartment to someone else. Things became a little crazy when we realized that there was a real possibility of having nowhere to live once our lease is up next month, but everything managed to work itself out. We are now in the process of applying again to live in our current residence of 3 years, and the new people agreed to move into a different apartment.

Ahh, so now that the living situation is figured out for at least the next year, I still have the daunting task of finding a real job. Let me just say, "NOOOOOO, I don't want to!!" Do I want money and real benefits? Hellz yeah! Do I actually want to work?...I think you know the answer. I have no idea what I really want to be doing for a living, but I've narrowed it down to something in the government. Eh, I'll think more about it once I actually start a job hunt for realz.

Instead of looking for employment of sorts, I've been doing what I do best; playing on the web! I'm still working in the crap shacks/watching youtube videos/watching shit on netflix, so that means I'm very unproductive...I guess I'm still trying to cling to my college life, lol.
